I think your main points are completely legitimate. I don't necessarily think the way we do it, thimble and cracker as you say, is wrong, but that's not the way it originally was done. We ought to be doing what Christ did, which was to celebrate the Passover, instituting himself as the perfect, final Passover lamb. It was a meal.

I'm not sure how important this is, but I believe we should use unleavened bread and wine, just as Christ did.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not deadset on the leavened bread thing. It does seem the early church used leavened bread, though. I do lean toward using alcoholic wine as well.
